I purchased this book because I was going to be travelling a lot this summer and wanted to work on strength training but would not always have access to weights. I’m about half way through the 12 week program and I am definitely stronger than when I started. I really like the checklist format of the daily exercises. Initially, I felt that the program was too easy so I increased the time spent on each exercise and added a few more each day. Now that I am half way through, the intensity has increased and I’m finding the daily exercises more challenging. I really like the fact that the program can be tailored to my individual goals.
